The Friendship Circle exists to bring happiness and companionship to children and young adults with special needs, by celebrating their individuality, as well as bringing energy, support, and peace of mind to their families.

Many months ago I signed up to run a half marathon to raise money for Friendship Circle.This was before the war in Israel broke out, and before our hearts, minds, and wallets were taken over by the tragedies in our homeland. I debated what to do about my plan and whether or not I should stick with it. I was reminded that the work that Friendship Circle does for individuals with special needs is always important, both in the US and in Israel, and I decided to continue what I had set out to do- run for this meaningful cause.
